It’s free, and we’ll be straight with you. If your current setup is genuinely serving you well, we’ll say so and leave you to it. Most website plans are monthly and never end, and on many of them the site comes down the day you stop paying. If yours is one of those, there’s a calmer way.

A few good providers do offer free export and a domain in your own name. We just go further, and charge nothing to run it.

“Do I actually own it?” AnswerYes, outright. The site is yours, your domain stays registered in your name, and you can take the whole thing to any host any time, free. That’s what freehold means.

“Am I locked in?” AnswerNo. Nothing monthly, no contract, no notice period. You can leave for free whenever you like, and take everything with you.

“Isn’t $800 a lot next to a monthly plan?” AnswerNot once you add it up. Most monthly plans cost more than $800 within the first year, and never stop. With us it’s yours the day you say yes. And if monthly suits your budget, you can pay the $800 off the same way, $50 or $100 a month until it’s cleared. Then it ends.

“What about my current plan?” AnswerYou leave it in your own time, once your new site is live. Most plans let you go any time. If yours is a fixed term, tell us and we’ll help you work out when you can, with no rush.

“Will my website go offline while we move?” AnswerNo. Your new site is fully live before your web address points at it, and your current one stays up in the meantime. There’s no gap.

“I already paid for this site.” AnswerWhat you paid for comes with you. Your words, your photos, your story, all of it lives in the new site. Only the rented shell stays behind.
